"I don't want to steal the Kumorishi!" Hiruko said, feeling accused. "I am trying to protect it!"
"Be that as it may, I still cannot trust you fully," the creature said. There was a pause as everyone was silent, wondering who should speak first.
"I am Mylar, the guardian protector of the Kumorishi and protector of the vessel that carries it." Mylar finally introduced himself with a voice that was half as intimidating. "The Kumorishi is a very destructive stone, one that must not be tampered with in the wrong hands. So it was placed on this wasteland of a planet to keep it from falling into enemy hands. Many tried to obtain it but I managed to hide this world from seeking eyes and have been in a hibernation status for many, many years. But now you have all awoken me. Why? Why did you come here?"
"That's...what we wanted to find out ourselves..." Hiruko muttered. "We thought we were getting visions from you to set you free."

Seirei couldn't help laughing a little, 'So in the end neither of us know why or what we're doing here!'
Mylar's big watery eyes glared at him, face remaining very serious, so Seirei quickly dropped his grin and said, 'Ehem ... I mean um ... The signs do all seem to point to your release Mylar, though what for we'll have to discover together.'

Mylar thought for a while. "Something drove you here, there's no doubt about that," Mylar said softer now. He believed that they were not evil. "Which means that the Kumorishi is in danger. This world is me, and I am the world. We share a symbiotic relationship. I must protect it at all costs, to save the Kumorishi from being stolen."
"So I guess that means you are Tialka," Hiruko laughed.
"In a way, yes," Mylar replied. "I sense evil has implanted itself on this planet. As much as you can hold it off, it will eventually overcome you if it takes ahold of the shadow stone." Mylar moved from the spot he had been hovering over and made his way out of the room and down the corridor.
"Erm...should we follow him?" Hiruko said to the others confused.

"I think so," Mira replied, already setting off after Mylar. "Although he is part of Tialka, he is still new to me. I wish to know him before I leave him alone," she continued quietly, so Mylar wouldn't hear. She ran to catch up with Mylar, but slowed down to a brisk pace, just behind him.

They all followed Mylar out of the underground crystal sanctuary and into the giant hall. Mylar simply flew straight to the top with ease but unfortunately, the others had to run up all the steps which took longer than walking down them.
After reaching the opening once more, they all clambered out and the stone seal shut to reveal the stone circle once more. Mylar was staring into the distance serenely, apparently confused. "What...what's happened to this place," he said faintly. "It's so...beautiful."
Mylar turned to face them all and spoke to them, staring into the eyes of each individual as he spoke. "It's so wonderful! How did you make a home out of something so barren and lifeless before?!" Mylar swooped playfully around them all and landed on Seirei's back, rubbing against his fur like a small child.

Seirei smiled as their new little friend snuggled against him, and gently tickled the top of his head with the tip of his wing.
'We painted a picture on a canvas that was so sad, so bare before, and I think we made a masterpiece. No, we made a home.'
He smiled at the others.

"We couldn't have done it alone," supplied Mira. "Tialka brought the three of us together, and we created Tialka. It took a lot of energy, but it was gladly given. I am pleased you like it," she added with a smile.

Mylar giggled sweetly. He was like a completely different character altogether now. Perhaps it was the scenery and fresh air. Hiruko nodded at the others' comments. "We worked as a team," he said, smiling. "And doing so brought us together to become the best of friends." He winked at Mira cheekily and was uncertain of whether Mylar saw or not. "I must explore this land!" Mylar said jumping to his feet and then floating in the air. "Where to start though?"

"Well, we have all the time in the world for you to explore," replied Mira, smiling. "Besides, why don't you start here, at Skalakruh?" She gestured to the stone arches around them. The central podium had returned to its usual position, hiding the tunnel from which they had come out of.

Mylar looked curiously at the stone circle. "So...what is this place?" he said nosing about at all the crystals that were back in their slots and had apparently stopped glowing. "This is the stone circle," Hiruko told him. "Where we keep our sacred crystals that bound us to our land." "Oooo.." he said making a funny inquisitive noise. "Can I have a crystal?" Hiruko looked confused. "Hmmm, I don't know," he answered. "Since you already ARE the earth as it were, I don't know if you'd need one but who knows?" Mylar took ahold of Mira's crystal and stared at it at every angle. "Pretty..." he said and then put it back. He then weaved in and out of the stone structures, glancing through the arches and then returning back to them.

Mira's crystal glowed a tiny bit as Mylar picked up her stone, and a shiver ran down her back. He placed it back, and the feelings stopped. Interesting, she thought. "We can take him to the Caverns," suggested Mira. "If you find a crystal of your own," she said to Mylar, "we can bring you back here, perform the Initiation, and see what happens."

"Shall we head over to the crystal caverns then?" Hiruko suggested. Mylar looked confused but willing and smiled at his suggestion. "Lead the way," he said with an excited mew. "You two up for a trip to Mira's cave?" he said to Seirei and his beautiful Mira.

Seirei's spirit seemed lifted as he watched the curious little Mylar zooming in and out of the spaces between the pillars of stone. His neck felt quite bare without his crystal, but for safe keeping, plus he was wary about taking it out of the table again, he decided to leave it be.
'I don't know Mira' Seirei tilted his head back at the sky to see the darkness filtering into a lighter blue as dawn approached. 'It's been a long night, and I haven't been hunting since yesterday afternoon.' Truth be told, he was starving, and wasn't up for more exploring without something lining his belly.

Mira looked thoughtful. "I could try a trip there, but I'm quite tired," she said, a little bewildered by her sudden tiredness. Maybe it was walking up and down all those stairs, but somehow it seemed like something more. She turned to Hiruko. "Could we leave such a long trip for another day? I don't think I could make it all the way there right now," she asked.

"It's okay," Hiruko said to the both of them. "We'll save it for another day. Mira, you can head home if you'd like, I'll escort you back. Afterwards, perhaps me and Seirei could bring a hunt back?"

Seirei more than heartily agreed 'Definately' he smiled, 'As long as I remember to bring some leftovers to my Tersias and the cubs. I'm sooo gonna get a rant when I go home!'

"I think I could do with a rest," conceded Mira, "and food would be nice." She began the walk to the Tree Den in which she and Hiruko lived. She turned around. "What will you do, Mylar? Now that you're not in hibernation, I mean."

"That's fine," Hiruko said nodding towards Seirei. "I'm sure there will be plenty for all of us in the forest. Do you...hunt Mylar?" Mylar shook his head. "I don't eat meat I'm afraid. But I will accompany Mira for a while. I won't go back my hibernation status now for a while. Something tells me that I will be needed. Besides, I'd like to get to know you all." Hiruko smiled, he didn't want Mira to be all alone, especially when she was feeling tired. Mylar flew slowly beside Mira as she walked back to the Tree Den. <<OOC - Perhaps Mira and Mylar could go to Hiruko's tree den for a new chain? Or it can stay here, I don't mind ^^>>
After they had gone a fair distance, Hiruko turned to Seirei. "Let's do this," he said in an ambitious tone.
