Kiba walked through the forest, Shiro following behind. He wanted to introduce Shiro to the other members of Tialka, before they attacked her. Kiba walked by the lake and suggested that they stop for a rest. He sat back while Shiro jumped in, having fun in the water.

Tersias was curled up in a ball by the banks of the lake, in the plane that lay between sleep and consciousness. The sun beat down heavily, making her very drowsy, so she only had to close her eyes and she was almost asleep, which was no mean feat, as she slept very deeply. Seema stood beside her, watching over her. Seeing Shiro, Seema stood. "What is she doing here?" she asked Kiba, looking puzzled. "You told us we were to stay away from her." She suddenly looked really upset "Why would you lie to me like that? Even worse, why would you lie to the kit like that?"

"She has changed. She has memory loss. She can't remember anything of the last ten years or so. Back before she became evil. I decided to give her another chance, but watch her closely. I wanted to introduce her as a friend before people freak out like you are." Shiro walked over and shook out her fur. She smiled at Seema and said, "Hello, my name is Shiro, nice to meet you." She smiled at Seema like a puppy.

Seema smiled warmly "Hey Shiro, you're Kiba's sister? It's so great to meet you, Kiba has been really good to us" she put out a hand for Shiro to shake, really trying to make her feel welcome. She just wanted Kiba to be happy, more than anything.
Tersias woke up with a squeaky little yawn. She opened and closed her mouth a few times as she woke, then her ears twitched, and finally her eyes opened and she stretched off. "Oh, hi Kiba" she smiled sleepily.

Shiro shook Seema hand happily. "Haven't caught either of your names yet." Shiro said. Kiba looked at Shiro. "Shiro..." She looked down and said. "Sorry if that sounded rude. If you would like to tell me, I would appreciate knowing your names." Kiba smiled. That was definately his older sister. He was also glad that Seema had played along.

"I'm Tersias" smiled Tersias. She recognised Shiro, but if Kiba thought it was safe to be nice to her, then it was, it was that simple. Kiba knew his stuff as far as danger went. "This is my sister" she indicated Seema.
"Seema" she smiled at Shiro, "Sorry for not introducing myself properly, I genuinely didn't realise I hadn't" she laughed.

Shiro smiled warmly and picked up the kit playing with her. "It is perfectly alright." She laughed and put Tersias back down. "Wanna play in the water?" Shiro asked Tersias. Kiba just sat back with Seema and said, "Thanks, you didn't have to act so warm. I remember you weren't that kind when we met." Kiba joked.

Seema laughed and shrugged a little "This place, there's something about it that means you can't help but smile sometimes" she said softly, smiling gently. "It's almost magical." she sighed "I wish father was here to see it, see how Ters has grown"
Ters smiled "I'm not a kit though, miss Shiro, I shall be quite a grown up tomorrow, it's my birthday tomorrow" she giggled "I'll be twelve."

Shiro gasped. "Oh no, It's tomorrow? I'llhave to find you a present and plan a party. Oh no!" Kiba smiled and called out to her. "Shiro, It's ok. We have it taken care of, your gift too." Shiro smiled and relaxed. "Ok then. But you don't have to be a kit to play." Shiro said to Tersias. "Besides, tomorrow you'll be an adult so all the better to enjoy it while you can." She laughed and jumped into the water, leaving her white katana next to Kiba.

Tersias laughed and jum,ped in the water beside Shiro, curling in a little ball to make a dive bomb. She squealed with laughter when she surfaced, seeing Kiba and Seema on the bank looking rather wet and very forlorn.
Seema pouted "Ters, you meanie!" she whined, then laughed "You'll regret that, kiddo"

Kiba laughed at the kits antics and Shiro seemed to agree. She laughed and started splashing Tersias with water. "I can dry us both, unless you want to stay wet." Kiba said, already useing his powers to pull the water out of his fur.

Seema laughed "I might take you up on that, but give me just a minute to settle the score first" she smiled, she dived smoothly into the water, and dragged Tersias out, dropping her in the biggest, squelchiest, muddiest mudhole she could find, and returning, laughing. "I told you you'd pay, Ters" she grinned. She winked at Kiba, then sat back down, her fur looking somehow sleeker and glossier from the water.
Tersias squealed, jumping out of the mudhole wiht a little difficulty. She summoned a small ball of water to rinse her fur, then laughed as it landed on her head "Perfect shot" she grinned.

Kiba used his power to pull the water and mud out of both of their fur and sat back watching them fight. "Just like we used to be huh?" Shiro said. "Yeah." Kiba replied.
