Tersias suddenly looked up, her eyes unblinking and fixed "No!" she squeaked "They're hurting my daddy!" she squealed, writhing in fear "He's bleeding, no, daddy!"

Mira rushed forward. "Tersias!" she called out to the young fox. "It's okay," she pulled the kit closer, nuzzling her comfortingly. "We're here, it's okay."

Kiba turned around from his dish when he heard the kit cry out. He matched as Mira did her motherly thing, he turned back to the meal, making sure that there was enough for everyone. After the rukus settled down, he turned around and started setting bowls of stew infront of each of his guests before himself. "Dig in." Kiba smiled and waited for what they would say about his cooking. It had been a while, so he was a little rusty.

Seirei sighed sadly when he saw Tersias having another vision. "Poor little thing." The smell of the freshly made stew caught his attention and he immediately went over and dug in. It was delicious, he had forgotten that he had not eaten for over twenty four hours.
"That was amazing Kiba! Thank you very much!"
After Seirei had picked his now empty bowl up with his teeth and set it down on a table nearby, he went over where Mira and Tersias were. He nudged the two bowls of stew closer to them. "C'mon little one, eat up.
Seirei looked behind him at Kiba and smiled at him in thanks.

"There is still more if you want some." He pointed to a rather large pot behind him. He also started eating. It very pretty good, though he had lost some of the flavor in boiling, he tucked this little bit of info away for later.

Tersias started eating slowly "Why wasn't he moving?" she asked Mira "My daddy, he just sat there while they hurt him, he didn't even cry"

Mira, too, started to eat the warm food. She turned to Tersias with sad eyes. "Sweetheart..." she paused, not wanting to tell the kit this. "Your father... you saw your father's death, Tersias."

"Think about it sweety, your dad is a tough and strong man. He wouldn't give anyone the satifaction of knowing that they are hurting him. He would just sit there and take the beating, depriving them of what they want, a reaction." He himself had been in that position, not too long ago. The thick fur coving the many scars he had gotten.

Her bottom lip quivered, "But when will it happen?" she asked quietly "Can't Seirei save him?" her eyes filled with tears, she suddenly wolfed down the whole bowl of stew, she ate when she was sad.

Kiba smiled at her, "The problem with an anbility like that is that you are never entirely certain of what is happening. If I must, then I shall go there to save your father. I will even try to help stop the war, though it might not help anything."

"But if we don't know when it will happen how will we know when to save him?" she looked really scared "What if Mira's right?" she was crying "I want seema" she sobbed "And my daddy, i want my daddy" she curled up in a little ball "Why do I always see the bad things?"

Mira curled round Tersias, giving her the comfort she needed. "Tersias," she said, "you can't control your foresight right now. Maybe as you grow older, you'll be able to control them better. And you might not always see the bad things, good things may come as well."

Kiba felt for the young kit he reached out to her, trying to comfort her. "You see bad things because you are destined to help stop them. It is a blessing and a curse. Though why destiny has chosen to give a small kit such a terrifing sight, is unknown, you are still meant to stop your visions from ever coming true."

She looked up at Kiba "Who are you?" she asked quietly, tears still streaming down her face. It wasn't fair, Seema should be here with her, they should be at Daddy's side, she didn't care if it wasn't safe.

kiba smiled down at the young kit. "My name is Kiba. Nice to meet you. Did you like the stew? There is more if you want some." he said, trying to distract her from the current crisis.

"Yes, I was over there cooking it while you were talking to Seirei and Mira. Would you like something to drink? I have water, both regular and herbal, tea, and warm springwater."

"What's tea?" she asked "We don't drink tea where I come from" she smiled "Can I try some?" she looked up at Kiba, his eyes were soooo big. "Your eyes are really big!" she smiled, and laughed "Almost as big as Seirei! He's my best friend"
