Seirei sat alone in the darkness of the night, staring up at the sky with his sparkling blue eyes, letting his mind wonder. As he gazed up at the twinkling stars he himself had created at the beginning of this world, memories danced across his mind, as if trying to confuse him on purpose. He shook his head a little, trying to clear it.
This world seemed so peaceful to the place he had come from. A cool, gentle breeze blew across the plains, making the grass blades sway in continuous waves towards him, ruffling his dark blue fur. A white feather, dislodged by the wind, set off into the sky. Seirei watched wondringly as it swirled and dipped in the invisible path of the wind, it's journey somewhat calming.
He closed his eyes, trying to focus on a single memory to deal with first. He did not count on one of his worst memories to flash right in front, startling his mind. He flinched at images of blood, howls of pain ... cruel laughter. Seirei shook his head sharply and looked around the open, empty plain.

Kiba emerged from the shadows not too far away. The moon glinted off his silver chian and shiny sheath. He looked out into the field and saw something white. He focused his eyes on it and saw that is was a creature. Dark fur and white wings. He walked over hoping to make a new friend with the winged wolf. When he got close enough he said, "Hello there. What brings you out here at night?"

Whilst his eyes were searching the open plain, they suddenly caught sight of another wolf walking towards him from not too far away. The random appearance of this stranger had slightly startled Seirei out of his reveries. He had not seen this wolf before in Tialka, then again many new arrivals were appearing daily now in this new world. He supposed it was naive to suppose that the Three Founders were to be the only creatures that would inhabit this world. Seirei slowly rose to his feet, with a graceful air natural to him due to his upbringing. He had decided that when he came to this planet, he would conceal his true identity from the others. He did not feel that he was ready to share his past with them - not yet anyway.
As the other wolf drew closer to him, Seirei bowed his head and then greeted the wolf, making an attempt to be friendly. "Hello, welcome friend, I have not seen you around before. Have you arrived recently?" It took a short pause for Seirei to answer the second part of the wolf's question. "I often come out here to think. My stars are my companions. What is your name? I am Seirei, pri-umm, loyal server of the Hisakata clan."

"I have not just arrived, I have been here for an hour or so, just looking around. My name is Kiba Kurokage. You an everyone here may call me Kiba. It is really nice to meet you." Kiba had noticed the graceful air that Seirei had about him, the kind that only comes from royalty. Though he dismissed it as he was thaught like royalty from his parents, or whoever did, he was a server to the clan after all. "I have heard of your clan and indeed visted your world not so long ago. Though I haven't heard of you. There is a twisted tyrant in rule now." He smiled at the winged wolf. "It is nice to make friends huh?"

Hiruko followed outside to where Kiba and Seirei were talking and overheard just the very last bits of their conversation. "It would be wise not to mention Seirei's old world," Hiruko suggested glancing at Seirei's uncomfortable expression. "He lives here now. The past is behind us. I think Seirei would rather keep it that way."

"I understand. I have quite a few bad memories myself... Things that noone should know." He quickly shook his head and a smile reappeared on his muzzle. "So let's focus on the present shall we?"

Seirei's body tensed as a reflex to the mention of the "tyrant ruler" of his land, and his chest emitted a low snarl, which he quickly stopped, not meaning to appear menacing. Did this wolf know too much? Had he given himself away by his emotions already?
"I am very pleased to meet you Kiba, it will be nice to have a fellow wolf in these lands."
Seirei relaxed his body at the sight of his fellow founder and close friend. "Thank you" he muttered so it was inaudible for Kiba's ears. He then spoke louder so both could hear. "Yes, I think in our new world, all past should be kept in the past. We created this world for a bright future. We created this world to live to be free."

Kiba smiled and said, "So now that we have got that out of the way, what do you do for fun around here? I have already made my home, over that way, in a hill." He pointed behind him over towards the forest.

Seirei looked in the direction of where Kiba pointed. Come to think of it, he himself needed to finish off his own den. With all that had been going on recently, he had had little time to finish.
"My home, too, is in the forest, yet deeper in."
He tilted his neck back to stare at the stars for a few moments
Thank you for your guidance tonight...friends he thought to himself.
Then he turned his head back towards Kiba and smiled. "Will you help me complete my den? The walls need strengthening and tweaking here and there."

"No problem. Mine is just about finished so I can help you out. But first, please come over to my house for breakfast will you?" Kiba continued to smile, trying to be as polite as possible.

"Thank you Kiba" Seirei smiled back. He looked into the distance and noticed that the stars were fading, the hint of a sunrise glowed warmly over the horizon.
"That sounds like a great idea. Hiruko would you like to come along?" They had obviously been standing out here for a long time. Time passed so quickly when you ponder about the past.

"It is no problem. In fact I insist that you come. Would you mind teleporting? It is much faster than walking." Kiba stared off into the rising sun.

Seirei shifted his body a little, he did not much like the experience of teleportation, as he had only experienced it once and it had thrown him off his guard. But he felt that he must learn to conquer his fear.
"O-ok." He steadied himself, ready for the strange magic.

He raised his hands and the shadows moved quickly around them, blocking out all light from the rising sun. The shadows receded and they where standing in a large room, windows cut into rock showing the rising sun over the ocean. "This way please." He walked down a long hallway and into a room on the left side.

Seirei blinked with amazement yet again. He really wasn't used to such magic yet, as harmless as it was. He started to follow Kiba in to the room. He had to fold his wings as tightly as he could to walk down the narrow hallway and fit through the doorway into the room. The view through the windows of the rising sun over the ocean was breathtaking. This was certainly a home.

He tapped the floor and a table rose out of the floor. "Please sit, Now, which do you prefer, Deer or rabbit?"
