Kiba teleported with his shadow powers to the prison that held Hayashi. Steel walls with a few lights in them made the room bright enough to see, but dimly. He flicked a switch and the lights came on a little brighter. The lights revealed multiple seals inscribed on the walls and a powerless Hayashi sitting on the floor in a glowing circle, The shadow chains wrapped around him tightly.
Hayashi looked around slightly, not really caring anymore. I decided to tease him now that I knew that he was still here. "So the mighty have fallen eh Hayashi? How long has it been down here? A few days? Weeks? Years? The bad part about underground confinement is that you have no idea how long it has been. You might be thinking that Koatia is trying to rescue you. But that is foolish."
He walked right in front of the dazed Torakan. "He used you and threw you aside when he didn't need you anymore. He has Seema now, He doesn't need you." He said harshly. "So maybe i will give you more company and more to eat than rice if you tell me where he is staying."
Kiba watched as Hayashi didn't say anything. "Very well then. I might bring Mira down here, just so she can see how pathetic you are now." And with that Kiba flicked the light back to low and teleported back to the surface.

Mira stood near the place where Kiba had asked him to meet her. She vaguely remembered something important about this place, but couldn't quite recall what. Inwardly, she shrugged. I'm probably going to find out anyway... she thought.

Kiba's shadow formed near her and formed into Kiba. "Hello. The reason I have asked you here is that the very spot you stand upon is above Hayashi's prison." Kiba said. "I believe that he would like to see you."

Surprised, she looked right below her. She couldn't see anything that would indicate Hayashi's prison being here. But that was probably the whole idea, she thought. She raised her eyesbrows when Kiba said Hayashi wanted to see her. "Oh, really?" she said. "And you just so happened to allow this to happen?" She wasn't accusing Kiba, more like teasing him.

"Allow what to happen?" He asked innocently. "He has had a rough time down there so a freindly face might cheer him up."

Mira laughed. "Of course it would, Kiba," she said, smiling. "Now, if you would lead the way?"

"Only two ways through. Mine or Shiro's teleport power or to dig the two miles to get to the cell. I think we shall teleport." As he spoke the shadows pulled around them engulfing them and bringing them underground. The complete darkness faded but there wasn't a lot of light. He flipped the switch again. "See Hayashi, I told you I would bring her down here." He said with a cruel smile.

The weak Hayashi flickered his eyes up to look at the two of them. Mira felt pity on the Torakan, despite the fact he was an enemy. "Hello, Hayashi," said Mira, cheerfully. Hayashi practically cringed. "I thought I'd come down here, let you know how things are going in the light. Hiruko and I are together now, and it is all thanks to you," she said, almost purring. It probably wasn't a good idea, but it did feel great.

Hayashi just stared at her, chained to the floor. "Come now, don't be rude. You used to talk a lot when you first got here. such a mouth you had. Where did that go? I am giving you a chance to talk and yet you refuse..." Hayasi barely whispered, "Shut up..." "So you can still speak. I Thought you had gone mute."

"Or are you just fuming that Hiruko finally does something better," she pretended to look shocked at what she said. "Oops, did I just say that? I didn't mean finally, I meant to say that Hiruko does something better than you again." She smiled innocently. "My bad."
Hayashi growled at her, but didn't move. He knew that it would be futile. "Don't talk to me like that!" he snarled at her, his voice almost a whisper.

"Well, you remember what happens when you are rude don't you? Half a meal is gone. I'll give you another chance before I do that again." He actually pitied the Torakan even if it was him that was doing the torturing. "What I love about torture, it that you don't have to physically hurt them. I deal with the mind, which is why Hayashi doesn't want to try anything. I have trained him better." Hayashi dropped his head in shame.

Mira shook her head. "I think I should go, I don't want to provoke him into losing another meal. I'm not that heartless..." She turned to Kiba. "Let's go."

"It's only half a meal, but whatever you say. Goodnight Hayashi." He flicked out the lights and teleported them back to the surface. "So do you think he is safe down there?"

"He should be," said Mira. "Especially if the only ways are to teleport and dig. Only you and Shiro can teleport like that, and she's on our side. Digging would take too long, and be noticed quickly." She nodded. "I believe he will be safe."

"Plus, Shiro doesn'y know where it is, so teleporting randomly into the ground would get her killed if she were against us anyway. So what would you like to do now? I have another hour before I give Hayshi his dinner."

Hiruko felt the presence of his brother nearby. He had been sitting in the grass after relieving his pain but had suddenly got the feeling of his brother close to where he was. He followed this sixth sense and came to a spot where the feeling felt strongest. Hiruko sensed him underground. Hiruko suddenly realised. He had been searching for his brother for weeks now.
The prison was obviously only accessable by teleportation. But using Hiruko's power to the Earth, he slipped through the ground as if he was a ghost. His connection with the earth now allowed him to slip through any part of the earth that was rightfully his. Hiruko got to where Hayashi was standing. He didn't even look up as Hiruko had visited him. His head was sulking low and his expression was empty. "Hello Hayashi," Hiruko said softly. "I've been searching for you." Hayashi finally looked up, obviously surprised to see Hiruko standing there instead of Kiba or Mira. He looked back down after seeing him. "Aren't you even going to say hi back?" Hiruko said softly. He was no longer angry with him and his voice was soft and caring. "I suppose you've come here to mock me as well," Hayashi growled. "Like some animal in a zoo." Hiruko paused for a while. "Of course not." Hayashi raised his head again, a puzzled expression on his face. "What do you want, Hiruko?" "Your help." Hayashi laughed. "MY help?" he chuckled to himself. "You must be kidding. We are enemies remember?" "It doesn't have to be that way," Hiruko suggested. "If you are willing to change your ways. You must free yourself from the evil Koatia has befallen on you." Hayashi nodded and waited for some actions to be taken. "Oh don't look so willing," Hiruko laughed. "I'm not going to let you out just like that. You need to swear you will not turn against us. Besides, I need to discuss this with the others first." Hayashi sighed. "Fine. I swear on my heart and the blood of our father's that runs through my veins as well as yours." From these words, Hiruko knew he could trust his brother. "I have a job for you," Hiruko asked. "You need to come with me once we have confirmed to set you free. I need you to help me track and protect." "Okay," Hayashi agreed. "But why? What's going on?" "I don't have time for explanations right now but I will do some time. In the meantime I will be back at another time to confirm your release. Goodbye brother." "Fair well," Hayashi replied gruffly but with a sensitive tone hidden beneath the rough.

Kiba kept walking even as he sensed someone slip through his barriers. Only Hiruko has that power, so Hayashi should be fine he thought.
