"Seema." he explained to her. "We are friends, but she supposedly had a crush on me. I got to know her a little better and I am guessing that you wanted to say you liked or loved me, Right? You saw me with Nat and realised that you were too late and you are Jealous at having me instead of you. It is all really basic. Now where is Tersias with those rabbits?"

"Actually" interceded Tersias, entering with the rabbits, "What she was going to say" she laid down the rabbits and began washing her hands "Was that she's being called home for a week or so, but it probably leads to the same conclusion" Seema didn't respond.

Nat listened to the conversation carefully, not speaking. Somehow, the unknown vixen - Seema, she reminded herself - made Nat nervous.
She calmed herself, trying not to make herself catch fire again.

"Thank you." He said taking tha rabbits. "So you didn't think it was important to tell me this?" He asked, sounding offended. "Just because we can't be close doesn't mean we can't be friends, and it definately doesn't mean that you can just discard our relationship." He finished with the rabbits and put the meat into the pot, the boiling water sterilizing the meat.

"Misinformed in the sense that I was led to believe I would need to be gone as long as a month" said Seema in her usual emotionless tone "It had nothing to do with Nat or any of whatever that was you were just talking about, it was just that there was a change of plans, and I'll only be gone a week or two" she smiled. Tersias wished Seirei were here, she had no idea what to do with herself, or how to get rid of Seema, it was getting on her nerves.

"And yet you still didn't feel like telling me you were leaving for a month? That hurts." He said, adding the herbs to the pot, a wonderful cooking, warm aroma floating through the air.

"Excuse me," said Nat delicately. "Forgive me if I am wrong, but you seem to not be telling the truth. Or at least, not all of it." Her grey eyes fixed on Seema's with a steady glare.
"I believe that you are jealous," she said boldly, making sure her paws didn't light up.

"It doesn't matter in either case, as me and Nat are a pair, at least for the momment." he added, leaving room for the unknown. he stirred the stew and said "It's ready." He got some bowls and handed some to each of them before he got one for himself.

Seema shrugged "Believe whatever you want, it won't make it the truth" she said cryptically, with a half-smile. "Thank you, Kiba" she said, taking the bowl of stew and eating happily. Tersias watched Seema carefully "So Seema, does this little visit mean you're accepting my decision to move in here?" Seema burst out laughing, "Oh, little sister, you are so naive. Of course it doesn't. And before you ask, it doesn't mean I'm not still mad at you either. I'm simply keeping an eye on you, so this childish infatuation won't get you in more trouble than you're in"

"Childish infatuation?" asked Mira, hearing only the previous sentence. "Oh, I hope it's not me you're talking about," she joked, smiling warmly as she entered the den. "How are you all, then?"

Tersias chuckled a little to herself "Hello, Mira, do come in" she smiled warmly "Would you like some stew? There's plenty" Seema laughed "Of course I wasn't referring to you, Mira, I was referring to Tersias and her supposed "Mate""

"Ah, yes, thank you Tersias," she said, taking some stew from the younger canine before turning to Seema. "I remember, you didn't think their love was true. Well, Seema, I'll tell you something; I have watched their relationship grow, and blossom into romance. They are very much in love, I assure you."

"Even if that is the case, it's still apalling. He's far too old for her and she's far too young to have a mate." Seema's tone was dismissive "And I would hate to think what father would have said" At the mention of their father, Tersias whimpered a little "Daddy wouldn't have stopped me" she suddenly began to doubt it, though. "He'd have loved Seirei... wouldn't he?" she faltered.

"By your standards, Tersias is an adult, I believe. This makes her suitable age to have a mate," she argued, eating her stew. "Mmm, this is good, Tersias, did you make this yourself?"

"Father would have had a fit, Tersias. Love him? Don't be ridiculous" said Seema scornfully. Tersias looked as if she might cry; where was Seirei when she needed him? However, she managed to stay composed. "No, Mira, Kiba did. I just did the catching and the skinning" she smiled.

"Well, thanks for not noticing me. I'm stealthy like that." He joked. "I just really wish that this entire thing would stop. And Seema, you are doing the right thing, not really interfereing, but keeping an eye on her. Much better than your outburst before."

"Seema, I do wish that you would be more supportive for your sister," she said, giving Seema a stern glare. "It is her life to do as she wishes." Mira quickly thanked Kiba for the stew.

Seema simply rolled her eyes and said nothing more, quietly eating her stew. Tersias shook her head a little, "I can handle it, Mira" she said softly.
