Shiro began to pant slightly under the strain. She was holding both her arms up, fairly sized bags of sand hanging from her wrist and one hindpaw. She was also standing one-footed ontop of her pommel, the tip of the blade resting on a rock.
She was moving slowly, her arms and leg forming fighting stances and moving into the next. She kicked her leg out slightly and the sword and herself started a slow spin, her poses shifting to this new dynamic.
She had been told she was beautiful when she did this, though that was a long time ago. Now it was for meditation and training.
The ribbon attached to the pommel swung around the sword gently, creating a spiral that spun around the sword.
"Yatchin, dosubi, nachin." She repeated endlessly throughout the exercise.

"Shiro" she said softly, walking over "Hi" she smiled. Tersias smiled as brightly as ever, yet her eyes were tired and her face was drawn, and her step had no spring. Motherhood was indeed a tiring existence.

She looked down slightly at the small vixen. "Hello, how are you today?" She asked.

"Hmm, I'm fine" she said absent-mindedly, "Just needed a bit of a walk, time away from the pups. Seirei is watching them for a while so I can get a little air." She looked around as if searching for something, or someone. Indeed she was. "I was hoping I might see Mister Kiba while I was here, do you know where he is?"

She stuck her leg out and stopped the rotation crouching down towards Tersias. "I do, but he wishes not to be disturbed, sorry." She looked down at the little vixen. 'If only she knew' she thought.

"Yes shiro, but it's really important, I need to talk to him, now!" she said urgently "You don't seem to understand the bigness of the problem!" her little voice sounded even littler saying things in such an innocent way "Its about seema, shiro, and only kiba can help! You know how Kiba and Seema are!" she looked a little annoyed "And don't crouch down to talk to me, I'm not a child!"

She smiled sadly. "I am sorry, but he is ill. Now isn't the time to speak to him. He'll be better in a day or two, then you can talk to him."
((Read in the above, she is standing on her sword, so crouching would still have her above Tersias.))

"But in a day or two it'll be too late, for god's sake!" Tersias was frustrated by now "You've already seen what Seema is capable of, look what she did to Seirei, and we CANNOT AFFORD to risk that happening to someone else for the sake of Kiba having a bloody cold!" ((Yes but crouching makes her feel patronised))

Shiro looked down at Tersias, standing back up. She dropped off the sword and put the sandbags down. "He doesn't have a cold Tersias. It is much worse than that. Seirei will have my hide if I tell you anymore without him knowing anyway."

"For gods' sake will you stop talking to me like a child?! There are lives at stake here, my childrens' lives, no less, so for crying out loud show me a little bit of respect and treat me with some dignity!" she snarled

Shiro sat back and took a deep breath, considering her options. "Fine.... I will take you to see him. But you won't like what you see. Seirei didn't and I don't." She said with an odd, sad voice.

"I'm just getting tired of everybody smothering me in bubble wrap. I'm a grown woman" she muttered, following. She didn't know what was going on but she just wanted to be treated a little better.

Shiro smiled slightly at the chance to lighten the mood. She put her paw on Tersias's shoulder and said, "You may be a grown woman but you will always be everyone's little Tersias." She joked.

She pulled away. "Don't touch me, I'm not your little anything" she scowled, she barely knew Shiro as anything other than Kiba's sister, and she was tired, cranky, overworked. Five children is a lot for anyone, especially one so fragile to begin with. "And I'm definitely not in the mood for light-hearted japes, in case you didn't notice my sister tried to kill my mate this morning" she snarled.

Shiro looked away. "So serious... Everyone here needs to lighten up." She turned back to Tersias. "So what if she attacked your mate? So what if she hurt him? He is safe now and that is all that matters! Take your hate for Seema and do something with it, or you might end up like Seema herself." She said. She held out a paw to Tersias. "Ready to go wwhen you are."

"Oh, I'm terribly sorry if I haven't the energy to be all light-hearted and fun-loving and bouncy all the time any more, in case you've forgotten, I have five kids to raise, single-handed because Seirei is practically bedridden no thanks to Seema, and it may seem a small enough issue to so what to you, but to me it isnt, those are the two dearest people to me you're talking about thank you very much! The only things I've ever had to hold on to! So don't you dare talk to me about how I feel, you will NEVER understand!" she hissed, tears in her eyes. "Let's just get this over with, shall we?"

Shiro's eyes softened at her display. "Why?" She asked quietly. She let a second or two go by. "Why do we have to fight? I don't know you too well, and I apologise for what I said, but it doesn't make it any less true. And I do understand how you feel. More so then you do yourself. Because, because of this illlness, Kiba tried to kill me when I was one and every year after that to this day. So I do apologise that your mate got hurt, I am sorry for what I said, But never say I don't understand. Now let's go see Kiba." She said quietly at the end. She flashed over to The house at the cliff and took a deep breath.

"Never say you don't understand? For christs sakes, you dont! You aren't raising five kids single handed and caring for an extremely injure mate WHILE you handle kiba are you?" she thought to herself "And what on earth are you talking about, illness? Will somebody please tell me what is going on?" she said nothing, merely followed.
