A man was to be sentenced, and the judge told him, "You may make a statement. If it is true, I'll sentence you to four years in prison. If it is false, I'll sentence you to six years in prison." After the man made his statement, the judge decided to let him go free. What did the man say?

This is easy. He said, 'You win sentence me to six years in prison.'

Pretty much, congrats!
The man said "You will sentence me to six years in prison." If the man was lying, he'd be sentenced to 6 years, making his statement true. If it was the truth, he'd be sentenced to 4 years, making his statement a lie. Rather than contradict his word, the judge let the man go.
I found it hilarious.

A man is talking to a girl and he likes to speak in riddles so he told the girl, "You know that when I was you age, you were half my current age." What are their current ages repectively?

Not right now... The thing goes that when the guy was the girls age, at that time she was half as old as his current age. So how would that work out?
